Dr. Jose Diaz
Medical Director
Dr. Diaz has been with Padgett Medical Center since 2019 and has over 42 years of experience as a physician, with a specialty in nuclear medicine and sonography. He has specialized experience with thyroid disorders and previously owned a thyroid clinic, and has completed training in adult ADHD, medical marijuana, and joint injections. When he is not practicing medicine, he spends time with his wife, daughter, and dogs.
Morgan Colee
Physician Assistant
A Florida native with a passion for medicine and movement, Morgan graduated from High Point University as a Physician Assistant, competing as a gymnast while earning her degree. After PA school she began her career in neurosurgery and is now focused on wellness and anti-aging medicine. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys beach days, live concerts, and time with her dog, cat, friends, and family.
Shaun Padgett
Chief Executive Officer
Shaun founded Padgett Medical Center in 2009 after running a local personal injury clinic and pursuing a degree in nursing. He attended nursing school and left to open Padgett Medical Center. His mission is to provide quality healthcare at a reasonable price, with a passion for helping patients achieve their goals. In his spare time, Shaun loves being at the racetrack, taking walks in nature, and kayaking, and enjoys vacationing with his wife and 3 dogs.
Ashley Padgett
Chief Financial Officer
Ashley joined Padgett Medical Center in 2014 after 15 years in corporate America, where she helped streamline the practice's processes. She has a passion for aesthetics and weight loss. When she is not at the office, she spends time with her 3 fur babies and her husband, Shaun.
Hannah Dabney
Office Manager
Hannah is a ray of sunshine on the Padgett Medical team and is currently in school to become a Physician Assistant. She enjoys yoga, the beach, and pickleball, and outside of work loves shopping, spending time with friends, and trying new restaurants.
Juliana Rocha
Receptionist
Juliana is from Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and English. She is in school to become an attorney or judge and loves traveling with her family, and she is a twin. When she is not at the office, she enjoys Pilates, cycling, and working out, and loves exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
