There super friendly and helpful. I’m on a weight loss program , I have lost 24 lbs in 35 days. .I had back surgery 4 years ago and haven’t been able to loose the weight gained from medication. I have tried so many things and loose 10 lbs but gain it all back the next week, I feel amazing and so relaxed instead of being stressed out and tied all the time.
