Treatment is never guaranteed. Our providers prescribe only when clinically appropriate, and may decline to treat, or may discontinue treatment, based on their medical judgement.

No guarantee of results

Individual results vary. Weight-loss, hormone, and wellness outcomes depend on your medical history, adherence to your plan, diet, activity, and factors outside anyone's control. Before-and-after photos, testimonials, and statistics shown on this site reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not a promise that you will achieve the same outcome.

Appointments, payments, and cancellations

• Fees: Program pricing shown on this site is current at the time of publication and may change. The price quoted to you at your consultation governs.
• Billing: Programs are billed as described at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the services you have agreed to.
• Medication: Prescriptions are dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies. Compounded medications are generally not returnable once dispensed.
• Cancellations: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the slot to another patient.
