What do you need for a telehealth visit?
Be in Florida during the visit
Where you are at the time of the visit is what counts. If you'll be out of state that day, reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.
A valid Florida driver's license or state ID
Your provider checks it on camera at the start of the visit. No Florida ID? You can be seen in person at our Tampa clinic instead.
